GENERAL

Who are the speakers of Sistahood?

Our Guest Speaker is Ps Alex Seeley from The Belonging Co (USA), and Sistahood is hosted by Ps Melissa de Jong and Ps Maree de Jong.

Mobility Seating

We are able to accommodate people with mobility restrictions. If you would like assistance, please head to the Information Desk or speak with our Connection Team on arrival so they can show you to our accessible seating areas.


PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

We will be capturing both photos and video throughout the event to celebrate and share what’s happening. This may include moments where individuals or groups are identifiable. These images and clips may be used on our social media channels, website, and in future promotional materials.

In keeping with our Child Protection Policy, no photos or videos will be taken where individual children can be identified, unless this is for a specific purpose and we have received prior permission from their parent or caregiver.

If you have any concerns about being photographed or filmed, please feel free to speak with one of our team members on the day.


TICKETS

I haven’t received a confirmation email.

If you haven’t received any emails after purchasing your registration, we recommend a few steps to take:

1. Check your junk mail / spam folder / social or promotions folder (Gmail).

2. Check your blocked sender list.

3. Email us at to check we have the correct email address on our database.

I have registered, but I can’t come anymore. Can my friend come instead?

Yes, you can transfer your registration to another person. For more information, please see the Sistahood Terms & Conditions.

Can I cancel my ticket?

We appreciate that circumstances can change. Please see the Sistahood Terms & Conditions for further information.


PARKING

Will there be mobility parking available?

If you have a mobility parking pass, you will need to have this in your vehicle when you arrive at LIFE Central. Please note there are limited mobility parks, so you will need to arrive early, as we are unable to guarantee a park.


CHILDREN

Will there be a children's programme available?

Yes, there will be an Adventure Kids programme running for children aged 1-10. For girls aged 11-18, they can register for a Youth Ticket. These options are all available on our main registration page via the registration botton.

Is there a parents’ room available?

Yes, there is a parents' room available, specifically for mums with bubs under 12 months of age. A live video link and baby-friendly facilities mean that parents can watch what’s happening in the Auditorium while looking after bub.

Can I take my pram into the auditorium?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate prams in the main auditorium. However, you are able to leave your pram in the allocated area in the Parents’ Room, which is off the main foyer. Please ask the Information Desk or Connection Team for assistance to find it.
