Midweek teams carry the heart of the church through the week—faithfully serving in practical ways, offering spiritual support, and walking with others in discipleship.
Dance & Drama
Help create powerful moments where people encounter the reality of Jesus through movement, storytelling, and performance. We believe the Church should lead in creative expression, and here you’ll grow, collaborate, and innovate alongside our wider Creative Department (Film & TV, Production, Worship).
Discipleship Group Leaders
Our Discipleship Group Leaders follow the teaching material prepared by our Pastoral team, guide discussions, and help to create a great culture of prayer, encouragement, and growth. Discipleship Groups gather in homes, cafes, and other places where people love to connect – including online.
Epic Thursday Team
Our youth teams are passionate about igniting our youth with the promises of God and seeing them step into everything God has for them. Epic Youth (Year 10-13) runs every Thursday night, and our teams assist with check-in, set up and pack down of the services, organising games, and running of the programme.
Expansion Builders
The Expansion Builders are a team of committed individuals who serve at LIFE by activating their God-given gift of giving. With a heart to advance LIFE’s vision, they give significantly above their tithe to help make a lasting impact.
Night School Team
Be part of creating a safe, welcoming space where people can explore faith freely. As a team member, you’ll help host dinners, facilitate open conversations, and make everyone feel seen and valued. Most courses run over 5-8 weeks, four times a year (in line with school terms), in our Campuses.
