Annual Report Highlights 2025

Tēnā koutou katoa

"What an incredible year 2025 has been for us all as a church! Throughout the year, we’ve seen God move in real and unmistakable ways – across our campuses, in our gatherings, and in the lives of people who call LIFE home.

In 2025, we responded to the call to be PRESENCED with God and with one another, believing for more of His presence and power at work in our lives. He has been so faithful! The completion of our North Campus renovation was a significant milestone, creating space for more people to belong and encounter Him. We also took meaningful steps forward toward our future permanent West Campus, continuing to build foundations that will serve generations to come.

More than physical provision, we witnessed countless people take bold steps in their discipleship journey: making decisions for Jesus, being water baptised, joining Discipleship Groups, and growing in their walk with Him. Moments like these remind us that when we pursue His presence, transformation always follows.

But behind every milestone and every number is what matters most: lives impacted and changed with the reality of Jesus.

As we look toward the future, our hearts are full of expectation for all God has in store.

He is continually calling us to deeper faith and greater dependence on His presence and we know that as we lean into Him, He will continue to lead, shape, and empower us.

To everyone who calls LIFE home, thank you. Thank you for being PRESENCED and bringing His presence to the people around you. These highlights from our Annual Report are a testament to God’s faithfulness and to what He can do through everyday people who simply say “yes” to building His Kingdom together.

It truly is one of our greatest joys and privileges to build God’s Church alongside you."

BELONG

A Church to Call Home

"Joining LIFE, going to Alpha, and a ladies’ group has truly changed my life. It’s helped me discover and grow a relationship with Jesus. I feel more grounded and realise I don’t have to do life on my own. I’ve found a real sense of belonging in a supportive community with shared faith, belief, and purpose, where I feel accepted and encouraged to grow."

BELIEVE

A Choice to Follow Jesus

"In March 2025, my neighbour suggested I enrol in the Alpha Course at her church, LIFE West. I was really struggling being on my own after my family had moved to Australia. Not being a very religious person who only occasionally went to church with a friend, I said yes. My transformation after meeting the team, and with the guidance and direction they gave me, still overwhelms me to this day. Some of the girls on the Alpha Course suggested meeting them at LIFE West on Sunday. Reluctantly, one Sunday, I went. I was met by members of the Welcome Team, who welcomed and invited me in – no judgement, just acceptance. Since then, my church family has grown, and the energy and passion of the pastors strengthens my faith every week.  I'm still a work in progress, but with the foundation of our church, our leaders and my church family, it gives me hope.”

BUILD

A Commitment to Live on Purpose

"Walking into North has always felt like coming home. Sitting under such rich, biblical teaching has shaped my faith in profound ways, and it stirred in me the desire to be part of a thriving and growing church community. That journey led me to join the Next Steps team, which, fittingly, was part of my own next steps in faith and service. I’m convicted to serve because I believe deeply in Jesus’ call to care for “the least of these,” and I’m grateful for the opportunity to live that out here."

COMMUNITY

Bringing Help and Hope

"Everything has been so hard lately, especially leading up to Christmas, with hours of work being cut, and not being able to provide the best for my kids. Receiving this Christmas Box helped immensely, as it brought a bit of hope that there are people out there thinking of us. Just this gesture alone made my kids happy, with seeing the variety of food given – especially the lollies and pancake mix, as they really love pancakes! I am super thankful for it, and it gave me more belief in Christmas."
