Super Stars is for children aged 4 & 5 years. Our aim is to provide a safe, fun and caring environment for these children and a place where they love to come. There is a more structured programme for this age group that includes: Activity Stations as the children arrive A fun time for the children to roam, play and make new friends with other children and leaders. Welcome All children will gather together to be welcomed by the session leader. This is the time when we take the offering. Praise & Worship Children will sing a mixture of Christian songs with basic actions. Large Group Time Kids come together for large group teaching with a biblical theme. Lifegroup Activities Children will join together in their Lifegroups for a craft activity and chat about what they learned during the teaching. Morning Tea during Lifegroup A drink and small snack will be provided for the children. There is a toilet break time between the Large Group time and Lifegroup time. During this stage of child’s development they are preparing to attend school or are going through the changes associated with starting school. At Super Stars we are excited about these changes and are tailoring our programme to meet these needs. Please let one of our team know if your child is having trouble settling or there are any special needs. And please take the time to talk to your child about their morning in Super Stars help them to read their bibles and pray with them to reinforce their learning. |
