At Adventure Kids we love making Jesus real to the kids and our hope is to see a young generation on fire for God. Our Adventure Kids programmes run at every service, for children aged 1yr until they finish primary school. Across all our age groups we aim to bring the bible to life in fun and engaging ways that will help your child’s faith to grow and flourish. We love being part of seeing your kids build strong foundations that set them up for the adventures of life! We would love your family to join us this Sunday.
Follow us here:
1. We love having new friends join us at Adventure Kids! When you arrive, one of our friendly Connection Team will point you towards the Adventure Kids Check-in area. Look for our team in the teal ‘Great to see you’ t-shirts!
2. Whether you are just visiting or would like to make LIFE your home, we ask that you provide us with some basic information, including known allergies or additional needs and contact details should we need to get hold of you for any reason. Our team will register your child and give them a name sticker and provide you with a parent pick-up tag
3. Our friendly team will then show you and your child to their room. If they are part of Cubby House (1-4 year olds) we ask that you pop their details into the sign-in sheet within the room as well.
4. After the service, show your parent pick-up tag to the team upon entrance to the Adventure Kids area and hand it in as you exit to have your child released to you.
Cubby House (Preschool: 1-4 year olds):
Aged 1 to 4 years, these kids are not too young for church or to begin their journey discovering Jesus! In our Cubby House rooms, our songs and stories, memory verses, crafts and activities are all designed to reinforce to our 3 and 4 year olds that ‘God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever’; three important messages that are a great foundation for all our kids.
Basecamp (Primary School: Years 1-6):
What an adventure the school years are! Every Sunday morning, our school aged kids get to be involved in engaging praise and worship, hear bible stories and relevant object lessons and play fun interactive games. We also break into small groups based on school year, where kids can have fun, explore the bible and build strong and lasting friendships.
Would you like to be part of the Adventure Kids team? Our team is run almost entirely by volunteers and we are always on the look-out for more people to join with us in building the church. If you want to invest into the next generation and would like to volunteer either on Sundays or mid-week please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note; as part of our child protection policy and to ensure the safety of our kids we are required to complete reference checks and a police check on anyone who serves as part of the Adventure Kids team.
